When using the service, you must comply with this agreement and all applicable laws. If applicable, you must also
abide by the Privacy Policy. You must not use the Service to harm other people or the Service. For
example, you must not use the service to harm, threaten. You must not: damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service (or any network connected to the Service); resell or redistribute the service or any part thereof;
use any unauthorized means to modify, redirect or gain access to the service or attempt
to carry out these activities; or use any automated process or service to access or use the Service.
SOFTTHINK S.A. DE C.V. can provide you with credentials for the authentication network for use with the service. You will be solely responsible for the transactions you make with third parties that use the network. This contract will be applicable when you use your ID to the system.
Only you are authorized to use your service account. You must keep your accounts and passwords confidential, and you must not authorize any third party to access or use the Service on your behalf, except where we provide you with an approved mechanism for that purpose. If you suspect that your accounts are being misused or that a security breach has occurred in the Service, you should contact us. For certain components of the Service, you may set up additional accounts dependent on your account ('associated accounts'). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your service account and any associated accounts. If you use an associated account, you acknowledge that the owner of the service account has full control over your associated account. If your account has been granted to you by a third party, that third party will have rights to your account and may: manage your account, reset your password, or suspend or terminate your account; view your account usage and profile data, including how and how often you use your account; as well as read or store content in your account, including all your information.
SOFTTHINK S.A. DE C.V. does not claim ownership of the content you provide on the service. The content will remain your property. SOFTTHINK S.A. DE C.V. nor does it control, check, or endorse the content 2 that you and other users make available on the service. You control who can access your content. When you grant other users access to your content on the service, you grant them free and non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit and communicate the content. You understand that SOFTTHINK S.A. DE C.V may need to use, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute and display content published on the service exclusively to the extent necessary to provide the service, and hereby grants SOFTTHINK S.A. DE C.V. these rights. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
This document describes how we collect and use the personal data you provide to us. It also describes what type of data it is and what options you have to limit the use of said data, as well as the procedure to exercise your ARCO rights. SOFTTHINK S.A. DE C.V. will collect information about you necessary for the operation and provision of the service. This information will be used and protected in accordance with a code of ethics established by SOFTTHINK S.A. DE C.V. Specifically, SOFTTHINK S.A. DE C.V. You will not be able to disclose data of any kind to third parties, some data and the means of access to that data are made through the application and the most sensitive data is encrypted with a method that ensures the integrity of the data in case of vulnerability.
